If your child is enrolled in TaeKwonDo

Continue practicing with our Form 1 in TaekwonDo. We will integrate games to help with left & right movements, and mini-obstacle courses to practice agility. Also, working on High punch, Middle punch, Low punch, and Triple punches (incorporating all three punches), and on our Reverse kick. Taekwondo forms (also called Taegeuk il jang) are practiced world wide, and also known as patterns. Taekwondo forms are used to practice certain techniques (i.e. kicking combinations), as well as for conditioning purposes, muscle memory, focus/concentration, etc.
