*Payments - Your $36 payment is due by the 10th of every month, with a $5 late fee after the 10th. If paying for 3 or more months in advance, fees are at the rate of $32 per month. Your payment should reference your child's name and school and is made payable to JD Sports Inc. Credit card/Debit card payments are accepted over the phone and for automatic billing as well. Online credit card payments can be made through www.paypal.com. Our payment recipient address is jdsports27@hotmail.com.
*T-Shirts - Our JD Sports "I Flip for Gymnastics" t-shirts are available for $10 by adding that amount to your monthly fee. Please indicate what size your child wears. They are NOT required, but fun for your child to wear on gymnastics day!
*Attire - Please remember to send your child in comfortable clothing and sneakers on gymnastics day.
